- Basic description of duties: The PRes Coordinator is responsible for the following;
a. Coord and manage all aspects of permanent and temporary employment of Class B Reservists, excluding CFTPO tasks;
b. Prepare, coordinate, chair and finalize reserve hiring boards;
c. Staff, prepare, advertise, and track reserve employment opportunities (REO) for Royal Canadian Armoured Corps School (RCACS) Class B employment positions;
d. Provide Commandant RCACS, Deputy Director Armour and Corps RSM (PRes) with subject matter expertise on reserve issues;
e. Maintain open lines of communication with PRes Ops staffs to ensure a constant flow of information regarding reserve individual training (IT), RCACS course schedules and liaise information that interests or affects PRes Armour units;
f. Maintain and provide situational awareness (SA) on PRes Armoured Unit IT requirements for the purpose of forecasting training;
g. Update and coordinate with the Ops O RCACS regarding Reserve training issues and candidate nominations, reserve course loads and language requirements;
h. Maintain a list of key position contacts for each Reserve Armour Unit;
i. Participate in conference and working groups as required; and
j. Other duties as assigned by the Chief Instructor (CI).

5. All members employed within the CADTC formation will complete a minimum annual Number of 10 full or 20 part training days, a minimum periodic attendance of one duty period of every 60 days, and minimum essential activities, including the administrative and training requirements of the PRV for domestic operations tier 1, part 1, the IBTS mandated for CBG HQs and all external to CBGs (all trades), and mandatory training as determined by the ATA.
