  1. 4 R22eR has a Class B Temporary for a Pte/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA, or 90054-SHARED ADMIN SVCS to commence on 30-JUN-2025 until 15-JUN-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Cadet Org and Trg Service, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Pte/Cpl
      MCpls may apply but will only be considered should no Ptes or Cpls apply.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA, or 90054-SHARED ADMIN SVCS
      The priority will be given to the 00375 ADM RH. The 00376 ADMIN SF with previous svc as a clerk SGR 00298, may also be considered for the job but they will only be taken into consideration in the absence of an ADMIN RH 00375 candidate who holds all the essential requirements .
    3. Language: French essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT

    A. Technical / professional competencies. (1) Knowledge in Microsoft 365 software, Monitor Mass, WEBSTAS, and DRMIS.
    B. Past experience. (1) Work experience in a reserve BOR.

    D. Work conditions. (1) Could work outside normal working hours, (2) Could be deployed on very short notice in the JTF (East) area of responsibility for an indefinite period.
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Perform general duties of a reserve unit orderly room;
    B. Preparation of promotion and transfer files;
    C. Order medals;
    D. Manage the unit's generic mailbox;
    E. Work hand in hand with the finance section;
    G. Pay and manage RPSR;
    H. Preparation of MATA / PATA files; I. Security clearance. J. Perform any other tasks requested by the CC
