  1. 4 Cdn Div TC Det London has a Class B Temporary for a WO/WO MOS ID/Occupation 00010-01-INFTR to commence on 02-SEP-2025 until 31-MAR-2026.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Regular Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.

      Applicants who are one rank lower or one rank higher may apply, however will only be considered if no suitable candidate of the required rank is available. If one rank higher, mbr may be required to relenquish their rank for the period of employment.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: The successful applicant should be prepared for short and medium length temporary duty (TD) within 4 Cdn Div and Canada. The selected person must also show the following attributes: a high standard of physical fitness, personal deportment, good organizational and communication skills, familiarity with computers and good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software. Experience as a course section commander or course 2IC is an asset.
  4. Basic description of duties: a. Ensuring Regular and Reserve Force courses are conducted IAW approved Qualification Standards and Training Plans through the conduct of regular visits to courses and approving timetables; b. Conduct and submit End Course Reviews for all courses for which member is the Standards Rep to the Det Comd for submission to the Combat Training Centre and Canadian Army Doctrine Training System Command Chief Standards Officer; c. Assist with the staffing of Training and Exception waivers for courses conducted in the Dets Area of Responsibility; d. Provide advice and mentorship to the instructors and course staff with the conduct of courses; e. Prepare and mark student exams; f. Act as the liaison between the Training establishment and the Combat Training Centre, various Centres of Excellence and other Area Standards staff; and g. Other duties as assigned.
