  1. 3 CRPG has a Class B Temporary for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00010-05-INFTR to commence on 28-JUN-2025 until 14-JUN-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:

      A member who is a rank below, eligible for immediate promotion and a member who is a higher rank, willing to relinquish their rank may apply, but will only be considered if no qualified Sgt is found.

      Infantry preferred if no suitable Infantry apply, then other Combat Arms trades will be eligible.

      Competency Remarks: A. Applicant must be well versed in CFTPO operation; B. Applicant must be well versed in Monitor Mass operation; and C. Unit Security and Unit Information Security trg an asset.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    A. Experience working in a Reserve Force environment;
    B. Prior experience working in a CRPG HQ preferred;
    C. Good written and oral communications;
    D. Experience in Monitor Mass an asset;
    E. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
    F. Valid 404's with ATV, LOSV and trailer strongly preferred;
    G. Ability to work with minimal supervision;
    H. BWW/Cold weather operator with experience in winter operations and cold weather survival training preferred; I. Have classroom and field instruction experience; J. Knowledge of Daisy Air Rifle is an asset; K. Knowledge of Archery (NASP) is an asset; L. Knowledge of Cadet and Junior Canadian Ranger programme is an asset; M. BPT assume other positions within the unit IAW CoC dir; and N. Other duties and tasks as assigned.
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Coordinate Operations calendar;
    B. Deploy in support of operational tasks and domestic operations;
    C. Coordinate and manage all charter air movement including liaison with CFB Borden and PSPC;
    D. Assist in the coordination and planning for unit level exercises and sustainment;
    E. Manage databases associated with TSR system;
    F. Manage CFTPO in support of unit operations and exercises;
    G. Coordinate ops by liaison with other CF elements, higher HQ and OGD as required; and
    H. Maintain daily communications with deployed unit personnel supporting as required.
