1. Experience in financial estimating and must be able to receive a DOA (Sect 32,33,34, Contracting Direct with Trades, Green Procurement, etc);
2. Experience in Joint Readiness governance and JETA;
3. Experience in CA trg policies, foundation training principals, and the collective training funding model for the RegF and Ares;
4. Detailed understanding of Collective Training Battle Task Standards governance; detailed understanding of IBTS requirements for the CA;
5. Experience working with the Joint Task List and Joint Mission Essential Tasks;
6. Experience with international training policy, including financial arrangements (FMS and ACSA), and awareness of cross-border permitting processes for international travel;
7. Experience convening and conducting conferences/working groups and writing boards;
8. Experience in business planning at a L2 and L1 HQ;
9. Experience in producting staff products and conducting analysis in a L1 HQ;
10. Experience with sharepoint (ACIMS), PowerBI, Monitor Mass, CFTPO; and
11. Experience in data analytics, performance management, and the departmental results framework.

- Basic description of duties: GENERAL:
The Collective Training (CT) Business Plans and Resources Staff Officer is responsible for Army Reserve Collective Training IAW ATA Direction and to manage the financial resources for the CA's CT programme.
PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Draft annual ATA Direction for Collective Training and provide updates to the Canadian Army Funding Model (CAFM) and CT funding model;
2. Manage in-year resources and support out-year business planning for CA CT execution (RegF and ARes);
3. Coordinate with other CADTC branches and centres to update CT direction, policies, and guidance;
4. Coordinate and synchronize Reserve Collective Training, including CMTC supported Div/CBG training events; 5. Perform administrative duties such as coordinating the CTRWG, producing record of decisions, deliver presentations when required;
6. Member or lead for staff recces or visit teams;
7. Prepare and collate Request For Information (RFIs);
8. Assisting in the conduct of Working Groups and Writing Boards;
9. Monitor and provide recommendations regarding Army Reserve issues that may affect CT;
10. Perform tasks as required by Chief Army CT;
11. Abide by CMTC Policy and Directives; and
12. Maintaining a high level of physical fitness, dress and deportment.

All members employed within the CADTC formation will complete a minimum annual Number of 10 full or 20 part training days, a minimum periodic attendence of one duty period of every 60 days, and minimum essential activities, including the administrative and training requirements of the PRV for domestic operations tier 1, part 1, the IBTS mandated for CBG HQs and all external to CBGs (all trades), and mandatory training as determined by the ATA.
