  4. Basic description of duties: THIS POSITION REPORTS DIRECTLY TO THE DEFENCE OF NORTH AMERICA (DNA) GENERAL FLAG OFFICER (GOFO) AND IS THE COORDINATOR OF THE DNA DESK.
    A. AS PART OF THE DEFENCE OF NORTH AMERICA STAFF, DELIVER / SHAPE COORDINATE THE SCHEDULING OF MEETINGS AND OPERATIONAL PLANNING GROUPS
    B. CONDUCT LIAISON WITH VARIOUS LEVEL 1 ORGANISATIONS AND ALLIED PARTNERS ON BEHALF OF THE DNA GOFO IN SUPPORT OF THE PLANNING EFFORT
    C. CONDUCT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT OF FILES ASSOCIATED WITH THE BATTLE RHYTHM EVENTS AND ENSURE THEIR PROPER DISSEMINATION
    D. ACT AS THE CUSTODIAN FOR THE BATTLE RHYTHM CALENDAR EVENTS
    E. ENSURE THE DNA GOFO HAS ACCESS TO THE APPROPRIATE MATERIAL AND INFORMATION FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE BATTLE RHYTHM EVENTS
    F. PREPARE AGENDAS AND ROD FOR THE DNA GOFO MEETINGS
    G. CONDUCT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT OF FILES ASSOCIATED WITH THE BATTLE RHYTHM EVENTS AND ENSURE THEIR PROPER DISSEMINATION
    H. ANY OTHER DUTY AS REQUIRED BY THE DNA GOFO.
