  1. 39 Sig Regt, Det Nanaimo has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 29-AUG-2025 until 28-AUG-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: MCpl/MCpl
      Under/Over Ranking shall only be used in exceptional circumstances where no established rank qualified candidate is found suitable via a Board Report and approved by Div HQ. Higher Rank will relinquish rank for the duration of employment period.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA
      Any trade with experience may apply and be considered if no suitable HRA is found.
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: Certified expenditure management course, contracting direct with trade course an asset; Experience with Guardian, RPSR an asset; Full time Orderly Room experience an asset; Functional in all Microsoft Office programs.
  4. Basic description of duties: All aspects of Res Admin including; Guardian input and processing of travel, claims, enrolment, transfer, release, promotions, VOT, benefits, APRV and deployment screening. Process mail and control central registry. Initiate and manage pay attendance records and contracts. Field queries with regards to pay or admin. Aval for unrestricted employment including; field deployment, summer taskings, regular evening and weekend shifts. Work with minimal supervision and capable of multi-tasking.
