- RCSU CENTRAL has a Class B Permanent for a Cpl/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 00376-01-FSA, or 00359-01-COATS-GS NCM, or 90000-ATR to commence on 01-MAY-2025 until 30-APR-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Cadet Org and Trg Service, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

Applicants who are one rank lower may apply, and if successful, may remain under-ranked in the position, or may be promoted while so employed (WSE) if the applicant has requisite time in rank.
Applicants whose substantive rank is higher may apply but, if selected, will normally be required to voluntarily relinquish their rank, WSE, to that indicated for the position.

Applicants with other MOS ID may be considered with a demonstration of skills, qualifications and expereince equivalent to that of an FSA member. If the applicant is a member of the PRes, a transfer to COATS may be required pending confirmation from the member's chain of command.

The Financial Services Specialist (Travel & Claims) is responsible to the Senior Financial Services Specialist (Travel & Claims) for arranging adult travel and initiating travel claims.

B. The employment of Regular Force annuitants is strictly controlled within the CAF and must be approved by the VCDS. This permanent position is advertised as either
A. Nominations must be made in Monitor Mass a minimum of 48 hours prior to the competition closing date. Applicants must submit their supporting documents to the REO OPI no later than 2359hrs in their own time zone on the closing date;
B. The employment of Regular Force annuitants is strictly controlled within the CAF and must be approved by the VCDS. This permanent position is advertised as either an Option 1 or Option 2 Reserve Employment Opportunity; however preference will be given to suitably qualified non-annuitant applicants. In the absence of a suitably qualified COATS or Primary Reserve non-annuitant member, Regular Force annuitants will be considered and may be offered the position on an Option 1 contract basis with employment limitations on the number of days employed annually. Annuitant employment periods shall not exceed three years in the position at which time the position must be posted for competition through REO;
