  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    A. Familiarity with military staff work, CAF Structure, as well as DND administrative processes;
    B. Highly skilled with Microsoft software;
    C. National Defence Headquarters (NDHQ) staff experience or equivalent;
    D. RCAF Air and/or Space operations experience;
    E. Experience with visits coordination, event planning or coordination;
    F. Basic Space Operations Course (BSOC) or equivalent/higher but can be completed on arrival;
    G. Strong organizational and communication skills required; and,
    H. Ability to work effectively in a team managing multiple tasks.
  4. Basic description of duties: Ensuring seamless coordination of all space allied engagements and visits. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing documentation related to engagements, event management and support the logistics and administration of events. Passion for space and international collaboration.
