  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Maintain up-to-date information and intelligence in accordance with Commanders Primary Intelligence Requirements/Information requirements (PIRs/IRs);
    B. Monitor and maintain Intelligence Collection Plan(s) (ICP);
    C. Review and respond to Incoming/Outgoing Requests for Information (RFI's);
    D. Process all Requests for information and maintain associated tracker;
    E. Review and update intelligence sources and agencies WRT Indications and warnings;
    F. Direct management of CC and IRM functions;
    G. Monitor intelligence databases and standard operating procedures;
    H. Act as Threat Assessment Coordinator (TAC) for all MP units within 3DIV; I. Liaise with Divisional MP Detachments WRT Threat Assessment production; J. Assist in the Dissemination of all Intelligence related products to include briefing; K. Act as J2 liaison for Emergency Management LO's; L. Act as CFNCIU conduit as required; M. Directly responsible for Collation and Trg of all staff WRT internal operations; N. Assist 6 Intelligence Company with training when required and deemed necessary by the G2/J2; O. Act as Branch Security representative; P. Management of Information Exploitation Operator (IEO) and Senior Analyst Positions; Q. Update and manage information and intelligence to include administrative files; R. Conduct office production meetings based on directed tasks by G2/J2 OPS and G2/J2; S. Effectively utilize the PACE process; T. Act as Branch Deputy ISSO and carry out associated duties; U. Process and maintain personnel Accounts for TSSA systems on behalf of ISSO; V. Assist COMCO as SCI Administrator with 3DIV personnel indoctrinations; W. Maintain domestic and global situational awareness; X. Prepare Domestic / International intelligence related products as required; Y. Planning research as directed by G2/J2, in support of analytical activities; Z.
