- Secondary requirements of position, as applic: Desirable to have experience, qualifications, and familiarization with:
a. Canadian Forces Taskings Plans and Operations (CFTPO) Program;
b. Working knowledge of Monitor Mass;
c. Experience dealing with Higher HQs;

f. Demonstrated problem solving skills, initiative, and the ability to remain effective under demanding circumstances;

- Basic description of duties: This position exists to provide expertise and timely action in the area of tasking RCAF personnel on Expeditionary/Continental Operations and small missions as well as incremental taskings and exercises.
Responsible for:
a. maintaining situational awareness of upcoming taskings;
b. ensuring members are aware of their pre-deployment/tasking requirements;
c. nominating and loading tasked members into CFTPO;
d. conducting member's 1st appointment with tasking cell to verify APRV complete, photocopy mbrs IDs, give mbr all necessary policies and handbooks and confirm mbr is on track for trg and admin;
e. conducting member's 2nd appointment with tasking cell to complete pay out clearance, determine PDP or advances based on JIs, confirm again that mbr is on the right track and answer any questions;
f. booking flights, once mbr is DAG green and we have obtained authorization to book flights from PRG;
g. ensuring shadow file containing all necessary signed paperwork, itineraries, DND 99, etc. is passed to the member;
h. assisting the Ops Cell with day-to-day planning/requests; and
i. other duties as assigned.
