- CFFCA has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 18-AUG-2025 until 17-AUG-2031.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

- Basic description of duties: a. Assist as directed with coordination and time table creation for designated CBRN courses
b. Recommendations to course director for the allocation of instructional staff for respective CBRN courses, ensuring that the instructional staff possess the required qualifications to instruct the course being taught and ensuring that conflicts do not exist among assigned or concurrent courses
c. In the absence of the course director, closely monitor all
instructional activities and provide feedback to improve instructional techniques as required
d. Assist with coordination of administrative details for courses including but no limited to; infrastructure and equipment bookings, lesson content updates and recommend MLP changes and identify doctrinal changes
e. Develop personal development reviews (PDRs) and annual pers PER on staff of lower rank (instructors) and conduct quarterly updates and reviews as required by PaC
E. Incremental staff will receive a PDR
prior to the commencement of their task and will receive an assessment upon completion of their task
f. Identify and request professional and CBRN related career courses to enhance knowledge and skills
g. Maintain a high level of currency regarding MLPS associated with assigned courses with the ability to teach all lessons
h. Study all current Canadian CBRN doctrine and maintain working knowledge of critical NATO and allied CBRN doctrine and publication such as ATP 45
i. Attend orders groups and be prepared to pass information both up and down the chain of command as required as established by the course director
j. Provide input on the improvement of training, through the chain of command (course director)
