  4. Basic description of duties: Work under the direction of the Processing Synchronization Officer and perform duties as follows:
    A. Work with staff from Director Personnel Generation Requirements (DPGR), Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School (CFLRS), Canadian Military Colleges (CMCs), Military Personnel Generation Training Group (MPG TG), as well as with Occupation Advisors (OAs) and other stakeholders, to ensure effective coordination and achievement of recruiting goals.
    B. Provide statistics and analysis to various parties in order to inform on recruiting progress, identify issues, and aid in decision making. Such parties include R3 Processing Synchronization Officer, R3 Productions, SSO Operations, Comd CFRG, DPGR, and L1s.
    C. Create and update the Recruiting Production Plan (RPP), which lays the roadmap to meet the CAF Strategic Intake Plan (SIP), including incorporating employment equity targets, CFLRS course capacity and occupation-specific synchronization needs. Prepare for and participate in applicant selection boards, and take the lead, as required. Set quantity targets for each selection board to ensure CFLRS course capacity is maximally utilized. Provide supervision, oversight, and intervention during the selection process as required.
    D. Manage the Regular Force and Reserve SIP within the Canadian Forces Recruiting Information Management System (CFRIMS) to include inputting and updating SIP targets, entry plans, EE goals, uniform allotments, and opening and closing attractions, intake and processing.
    E. Receive synchronization requests, analyze all considerations to take into account, and advise on feasibility. Incorporate synchronization into the recruiting process for identified occupations, in order to reduce time awaiting training.
    F. Manage course loading for the vast majority of CFLRS' BMQ/BMOQ course serials. Reserve seats, when possible/ appropriate, in such serials for use by organizations other than CFR
    G. G. Provide appropriate, informative and accurate written or verbal responses to inquiries, incorporating sound corporate knowledge and insight.
    H. Work effectively with Microsoft Office Suite - including advance use of Excel, and CFRIMS. I. Perform any other duties assigned.
