- CFB Gander has a Class A for a MWO/MWO MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 24-MAR-2025 until 23-MAR-2035.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Canadian Rangers.

2. Assume A/DWComd or A/WCWO duties and other responsibilities as and when required
- Basic description of duties: 1. Mentor and provide senior leadership/guidance to DWComd Section members with a specific focus on the development of supervisors;
2. Provide disciplinary/administrative advice to the DWComd;
3. Foster cohesiveness and develop effective teams within the DWComd section. Create an environment where cooperation, mutual respect, military ethos, ethics and innovation are welcome and emphasized;
4. Track manning for the DWComd section;
5. Coordinate with OSS regarding training requirements within the Branch;
6. Track and ensure medical follow-ups are completed for DWComd mbrs;
7. Champion PaCE for all mbrs and have requisite knowledge to advise mbrs on utilization of PaCE;
