- Basic description of duties: Pilot Instructor is responsible to the PTSC for:
A. Conducting training, including both instruction and assessment, as directed including:
1. monitoring student progress and advising the Senior Instructor of students encountering problems; and
2. provide input to or originate reports as assigned (CF 377s, etc. as required).
B Assisting in development of training;
1. maintenance and preparation of assigned lesson plans;
2. review of relevant areas of training documentation, and recommending improvements to Senior Instructor; and
3. monitoring facilities, training aids and equipment and advising senior instructor of deficiencies.
C. Conduct required admin as directed by PTSC
D. Carry out secondary duties as designated by OTFC and PTSC.
