  1. CFB Comox has a Class A for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 03-MAR-2025 until 02-MAR-2035.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Cadet Org and Trg Service, Canadian Rangers.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: a. QL5 RMS Clk trg; b. Applicant should have excellent general service knowledge, the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision and have related experience working in c. Reg F Orderly Room; and d. Must be functional in HRMS and CCPS, and have very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Excel and MS Word
  4. Basic description of duties: Perform the duties expected of a MCpl - HRA employed within a Unit Orderly Room. Duties will include but not be limited to; a. Pay and Allowance transactions in CCPS with supporting documentation, b. CEA audits for aircrew, c. HRMS transactions, d. maintenance of unit personnel files, e. maintenance of unit leave records, f. conversant with all relevant regulations, orders and directives for pay & records, and g. maintaining a high degree of professionalism when responding to customer inquiries/concerns as well as supervising and providing guidance to a Pte/Cpl within the cell.
