  1. DGMPSS has a Class B Permanent for a MWO/MWO MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 21-FEB-2025 until 20-FEB-2031.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: 1. Managing and supervising subordinates (P Res) 2. Knowledge/experience in HRMS, Monitor MASS (REO) will be an asset. 3. Experience with Res F Admin (Mil Pers Instr 20/04) will be an asset. 4. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products. 5. Strong oral and written communication skills. 6. Initiative and the ability to work without supervision.
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Coordinate Reserve employment in P Res positions in organizations outside the traditional Force Generators and within MILPERSCOM ensuring compliance with applicable policies.
    B. Supervise the DRSM Reserve Employment and Transfer Sections.
    C. Oversee screening and publishing of Reserve Employment Opportunities (REO) messages.
    D. Participate in working groups and represent the interest of reserve employment process coordinators.
    E. Other related duties as assigned.
