  1. CFB Winnipeg has a Class A for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 01-MAR-2025 until 28-FEB-2035.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: A strong background in Reg F HR management will be considered an asset.
  4. Basic description of duties: The Sgt BTL Mgr coordinates postings in and out of BTL to include in and out-clearances; distribute incoming course loading messages to BTL members and BTL Financial Administrator to initiate claim; find gainful employment for all BTL members; provide entitlement and procedure guidance to BTL members on leave policy, Report For Duty (RFD) advancement and extension requests, postings and house hunting trips (HHTs), Temporary Duty (TD) for career courses, CFTPOs, LTA, VOTs, PLAR applications, grievance process, and routine admin; complete and action routine admin not requiring CO or OC approval; review, staff and make recommendations on routine admin that require CoC approval; direct BTL personnel to complete required annual CAF training; check to ensure leave is utilized, arrange to fill CFTPO positions and staff requests for any requested additional courses such as Second Language Training; liaise with the MOSID Manager or Career Manager WRT questions or concerns; secure accommodations for when BTL members require them (i.e. self-isolation, newly posted in, etc.); complete and action PERX process for the BTL members that require one (Capts & Cpls); and keep BTL Financial Administrator informed of all TDs, postings, and reimbursed leave for all BTL members.
