- Basic description of duties: a. Perform analysis, design, development, and evaluation of assigned CFJOSG mission training activities
b. Liaise with CJOC, flanking formations, and subordinate units regarding the design and delivery of individual and collective training requirements, including Theatre Mission-Specific Training and Pre-Deployment Training
c. Assist in the development of the Formation Training Plan as an input to the CFJOSG Operating Plan
d. Lead the Lessons Learned process, to include the creation of evaluation criteria and guidelines, guiding the feedback from After Action Reviews, Post Exercise Reports, and End Tour Reports as required
e. As a member of a planning team, contribute to the development of formation Operational Support plans for upcoming exercises/operations
f. Coordinate Formation Professional Development including FMOST courses
g. Supervise 5 subordinates overseeing Lessons Learned, collective and individual training
