  1. RMC has a Class B Temporary for a Cpl/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 12-APR-2025 until 05-JAN-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Cpl/Cpl
      MCPL who are willing to relinquish their rank can apply but, will only be considered if no qualified CPL is available.
    2. MOS ID: 90000-ATR
      No financial experience required and applicants with other MOSID might be considered for the position as training will be provided. FSAs are also encouraged to apply for the position.
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Reliability Status
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    A. Experience in claims administration (asset);
    B. Expenditure Management course, Green Procurement and Contracting Direct With Trade (asset);
    C. Working knowledge of ClaimsX (asset);
    D. Travel bookings (asset);
    E. An intermediate level of computer knowledge in Windows 95, or higher, and Microsoft Office (asset);
    F. Working knowledge of CFTDTIs (asset);
    G. Mail processing (asset);
    H. Enhanced interpersonal skills (asset); I. Excellent oral and written communication skills (asset); J. Ability to work with minimal supervision; and K. Be team oriented.
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Process manual and ClaimsX web claims;
    B. Ensure all required documentation is present (e.g. completed ITA, msg) prior to initiating claims;
    C. Provide finance policy assistance to members, i.e. claims, TD;
    D. Process claims;
    E. Utilize Online Booking Tool to book flights/rentals for mbrs;
    F. Ensure all claims are processed IAW instructions, SOPs and regulations;
    G. Complete other tasks as assigned by the Chain of Command.
