- Secondary requirements of position, as applic: 1. Experience with communication and information systems (CIS) planning and execution processes and workflows within a unit or formation headquarters;
2. Experience in CIS capability development and project management
3. Basic user familiarization of LCSS is desirable;
4. Proficiency in military writing is essential;
5. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft SharePoint and other Microsoft Office products;
6. Experience briefing and interacting with senior officers;
7. Experience participating in working groups, particularly of a technical nature in the field of capability development, is desirable;
8. Knowledge of Information Management Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (IM TTPs) is desirable;
9. Qualifications earned: Information Management Officer (AJTA) and Formation Signals Officer Course (ADSF) are desirable
- Basic description of duties: Provide Electronic Warfare coordination for planning at the tactical and operational levels. Manage deployed CAF C2IS and C2IS capability development. Develop C2IS, TacRad, and C4I solutions to improve the employment and deployment of agile, scalable and combined C2 Nodes normally employed within 1st Cdn Div in support of CAF deployable capabilities.

Improve dispersed and distributed C2IS for Deployed HQs,
Improve reachback CIS,
improve interoperability with partners,
improve intra-theatre communication, and
Enable specific software workflows to be integrated while deployed, including, but not limited to sustainment software, targeting software, and other Gov and NGO software
