D. Working Conditions.
(1) Must be available on Tuesday evenings, weekends, or be an instructor during the summer individual instruction term.
(2) May need to work outside of regular working hours.
(3) May be deployed on short notice within the JTF(E) for an indefinite period.
- Basic description of duties:
A. Promote teamwork. Demonstrate good cooperation with other sections of the unit.
B. Notify the HR Supervisor for the handling of all administrative files of the unit.
C. Ensure the security of the workplace and the protection of documents. Close offices and document storage lockers for members.
D. Be ready to replace the HR Supervisor as needed.
E. Train HR recruits in the profession.
F. HR management (delegation of tasks, instruction).
G. Maintain records to provide the CO (Commanding Officer) with an accurate and real-time picture of the various administrative follow-ups.
H. Be in contact with the section's CO to implement the received directives and meet the intentions of the CO.
I. Assume any other additional tasks.
J. Be ready to assist the HR Supervisor with any related tasks.
K. Manage deployment files.

G. Interviews for eligible candidates from outside the geographic region may be conducted by telephone and/or video teleconference to save temporary duty (TD) fees.
H. Units must provide the member's most up to date MPRR prior to interviews, notify the employing unit when a candidate is subject to administrative or disciplinary action, and report any discrepancies in information between those in the candidate's evaluation window in the REO module of the Monitor Mass software and the most up to date one. Ex. courses, promotion, Forces Test, etc., completed before the end of the competition.
