2) In possession of a valid provincial driver permit and able to obtain a DND 404.
3) Have an ability to communicate confidently and effectively.
4) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
5)Confident as Staff/Instructor on IBTS training
- Basic description of duties: 1) Operations
a. Mintain HR status with expectation to deploy on short notice operations.
b. Maintain situational awareness on Unit operations and training.
c. Assist in the preparations of briefings and presentations.
d. Maintain Unit Common Ops picture and assist with tracking of taskings.
e. Assist with the preparations of written Plans, Instructions and orders.
f. Track and submit Unit reports and returns.
2)Training
a. Maintain personal high readiness status
b. Assist with the IBTS and High Readiness Training of Unit Staff
c. Track Unit Staff High Readiness Training Status.
d. Be prepared to participate in AAR/LL process.
