- Basic description of duties: OTHR Senior Proj O will support the Director NORAD Capability Defence Requirements in defining, developing and promoting the institutional plans and managing in-service capability for all Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) NCDMO activities. DNCDT 2 exists to support the day-to-day program management and progressing the various NCDMO Programs through the Identification and Options Analysis phases.
