  4. Basic description of duties: This position exists to provide instructional expertise on the CH 146 TAFO and to support the Squadron's operational and training tasks. The incumbent in this position must be able to pilot the helicopter at all times, in accordance with all applicable and relevant technical, maintenance and maneuver instructions, flight orders and to maintain flight category as stipulated by 1 CAD orders. As well, the incumbent in this position needs to lead crews in carrying out missions safely and effectively, while promoting Cockpit Resource Management (CRM) methods in order to ensure that the Royal Canadian Air Force as well as the Sqn CO's visions and policies are properly applied.
