  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: Be knowledgeable on and follow all CF Policies, such as CFAOs, DAODs, CAF Airworthiness Programs, FWIs, FETPs, Flight Safety, General Safety and Quality Control procedures. Have or be able to acquire the AM SUP WARRANT OFFICER and ILP qualifications. Applicant should have the required knowledge and experience to meet eligibility requirements for SAMS IAW C-05-005-P03/AM-001. Priority will be given to personnel who have held Level C, SAMS, and SMM delegated authorities.
  4. Basic description of duties: The AM MGR is responsible to the SAMEO thru the SAMS, acts as the Deputy SAMS and is responsible for, or assisting with, the following duties; a. establishing, monitoring, and maintaining high maintenance standards; b. maintaining the integrity of the Airworthiness Program as it relates to training, qualifications, authorizations, and reviews of 443 (MH) Sqn personnel; c. ensuring all SAMS (Deployed and Sqn) are kept informed of changes relating to maintenance policy; d. reviewing, implementing and internal auditing of Fleet /Unit Employment Training Plans (ETPs) and On Job Training Plans (OJTPs); e. ensuring all newly transferred personnel, internal and external, shall review Elements and WI applicable to their new position; f. working with Force Generation Cell on projects and taskings; and g. other duties as directed by Cof
