NATL CJCR Sp Gp HQ has a Class B Temporary for a Lt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 00232-13-CIC, or 00360-01-COATS-GS OFF to commence on 06-JAN-2025 until 31-MAR-2026.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Cadet Org and Trg Service, Primary Reserve Force, Canadian Rangers, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

      Applicants whose substantive rank is one rank lower may apply. Applicants whose substantive rank is one rank higher may apply but, if selected shall be required to voluntarily relinquish their rank to that indicated for the position.

      In the absence of a qualified COATS member, a Primary Reserve Force member may be considered for the position with the condition that the member completes a component transfer to COATS. Limited options for a member to remain in the Primary Reserve Force may be possible.

  4. Basic description of duties: The Cadet Training Program Review Project O will support the Cadet Training Review Project by reviewing common and/or elemental cadet training and providing recommendations for future updates. - Completing a program evaluation of Cadet Training (elemental and/or common); - Reviewing cadet training curriculum utilizing the CFITES Quality Control Process; - Preparing high quality written staff work and presenting effective briefings; and - Supporting multiple projects at a time.

  9. Remarks: A. This is a temporary Cl B position with an initial engagement to 31 March 2026. B. Position duties can be completed from any DND facility, ideally from an RCSU or Area office. In the absence of a suitably qualified non-annuitant member, Regular Force annuitants will be considered and may be offered the position on an Option 1 basis with employment limitations on the number of days employed annually. Extension to annuitant employment periods require additional approval. E.
