THE CJOC HEADQUARTERS DEPUTY PLANS OFFICER (HQ DEP PLANS O) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING LONG-TERM STRATEGIC LEVEL PLANNING IN SUPPORT OF FUTURE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS OF CJOC HQ. 2. CJOC HQ DEP PLANS O IS TO WORK WITH A TEAM OF STAFF OFFICERS TO IMPLEMENT LONG-TERM PLANNING OF CJOC HQ REQUIREMENTS FOR MEDIUM- TO LONG-TERM INITIATIVES AND PROJECTS, INCLUDING THE NDHQ CARLING PROJECT AND THE NATIONAL DEFENCE SECURE CAMPUS (NDSC) PROJECT. 3. CJOC HQ DEP PLANS O IS TO MANAGE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW SOFTWARE AND/OR UPDATED VERSIONS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED MICROSOFT D365 APPLICATIONS (MS TEAMS, MS PROJECT, SHAREPOINT ONLINE, ET
    C.). CJOC HQ DEP PLANS O IS ALSO REQUIRED TO SUPPORT DAY TO DAY SOFTWARE AND ORGANISATIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF CJOC AS NEEDE
    D. ACCOUNTABILITY 4. THE CJOC HQ DEP PLANS O IS DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE TO CJOC HQ PLANS O AND IS ACCOUNTABLE TO HQ CO FOR ALL ASSIGNED AND IMPLIED TASKS. COORDINATION AND COLLABORATION 5. THE CJOC HQ DEP PLANS O MUST ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS WITH NCR ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE AOR TO PROMOTE AND FOSTER POSITIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS. DG READINESS/J8 (HQ BUDGET) VIII. ALL INTEGRAL SUPPORT PERSONNEL (TRAINING, MENTORING, PASSAGE OF INFORMATION)
    B. EXTERNAL TO CJOC HQ: I. CFSG(O-G) II. PERSONNEL SUPPORT PROGRAMS III. CANSOFCOM HQ IV. BUILDING OWNER - ARNON V. CORPS OF COMMISSIONAIRES LEADERSHIP 6. ENSURE ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR ORGANIZATION ARE TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. APPLY AND ENFORCE DND/CF HARASSMENT PREVENTION POLICY, COMMUNICATING CLEARLY THAT HISB IS UNACCEPTABL
