  1. CALG HIGHRS has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 13-JAN-2025 until 12-JAN-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: MCpl/MCpl
      Under/Over ranking shall only be used in exceptional circumstances, where no established rank qualified candidate is found suitable by a Board Report and approved by Div HQ. Higher rank will relinquish rank for the duration of the emp pd.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA
      Other MOSIDs may apply, however will only be considered in those exceptional circumstances where no other qualified candidate is available
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: a. MOSID QL5 preferred, however a QL3 with full time experience may be considered; b. PLQ preferred; c. Experience with Guardian and RPSR an asset; d. Expenditure Management Course (EMC), Contracting Direct With Trades (CDWT), and Green Procurement (GP), Claims X an asset; e. Full time reserve orderly room experience an asset; f. Good written and oral communication; g. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; h. Ability to work with minimal supervision; i. Understanding of CF regulations, policies and procedures; and j. Able to complete necessary courses as directed by HRS
  4. Basic description of duties: a. Staff administration procedures at unit level including, but not limited to, promotions, releases, Army Reserve Establishment, transfers, pay functions, data entry, claims; b. Answer unit members' queries and provide assistance; c. Maintain central registry; and d. Other duties as assigned by the HRS.
