    A. Be familiar with the C-19;
    B. Be proficient with CF weapons suite;
    C. Coordinate, conduct and supervise of live range practices;
    D. Have experience with ATV, LOSV and small boat;
    E. Have classroom and field instruction experience;
    F. Be proficient with map, compass and GPS; and
    G. Have experience with winter operations and cold weather survival training
    H. Must able to successfully obtain a vulnerable sector screening (VSS).
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. The coordination, conduct and supervision of operational tasks and domestic operations;
    B. The coordination, conduct and supervision of Canadian Ranger mandated, enhanced training and other training or events;
    C. Professional development training as directed to include continuation of leadership and advanced trg necessary for career advancement as well as enhance unit capabilities to support operations and training;
    D. Completion of personnel, patrol and group administration in support of all CR patrols or tasks;
    E. Will be required to operate and train in isolated areas of Northern Ontario;
    F. Bpt takeover other posns in the unit IAW CoC dir; and
    G. Other duties and tasks as assigned.
