- Basic description of duties: GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES: The CAAWC Human Resources Administrator (HRA) is primarily responsible for Administrative duties in the Orderly Room. They directly report to Chief Admin (WO), and can be assigned special or secondary duties by the Adjt.
DUTIES AND TASKS
1. File management including incoming/outgoing files.;
2. CF Regulation, Orders and Directives;
3. Processing of Reg F/ Res F ADMIN;
4. Guardian Input;
5. Leave entry / audits;
6. Promotions
7. ARV;
8. Familiar with MS Office Suite and Monitor Mass;
9. Deployment Admin;
10. Terms of service processing;

Once an applicant has been selected, the home unit must complete C of C concurrence in Monitor Mass.
