  4. Basic description of duties: Activate, match, and commission students for sessions in Guardian based on ANC for assigned schools. Monitor seat sourcing, addressing delays or issues, and actively support filling positions in CFTPO by contacting relevant stakeholders (CMs, CTC L4 Ops, Divisional G3/G7, CA HQ, and other FF stakeholders). Retrieve and reallocate vacant CFTPO positions at D-45 per CTC G3 direction, aligned with CA eMRP priorities. Ensure CoC is reinforced during seat allocations. Serve as POC to TEs, build student positions in CFTPO, serve as initial POC for FF inquiries, and ensure bricks are accurate for travel/pay/JI/CIs, other CTC tasks and ensure correctness of course loading msgs. Query and monitor student pre-requisites in CFTPO, maintain SA on all waivers and SLAs, and advise CTC L4s and Divisional G3/G7 staff, pulling back CFTPO positions if waivers or SLAs stall. Act as POC for NCCR's from respective schools, ensuring ANC and CFTPO data quality control and substantiation for decisions. Update CFTPO and confirm Guardian as required upon NCCR approval. Follow up within 14 days of session completion to ensure Guardian data accuracy, advising CTC L4s on any issues. Support report preparation and present clean course, session, and student data to CoC for AITA reporting. Coordinate with CTC G7 and MPGTG J7 staff to ensure accurate course tombstone data on ANC and PM dashboards. Act as Army POC for select non-Army schools, proactively soliciting nominations, maintaining student trackers, and updating CoC on student status. Interrogate CA FF data in advance of AITC, ensuring FF requirements align with the eMRP cycle, ARes allocations support career progression, DLFD-mandated mission tasks are met, and OSS/SS courses are allocated by need. Understand MIDs and other Directives to influence ANC design, supporting scheduling tailoring based on CA eMRP. Liaise closely with assigned schools, anticipating student-related issues impacting their programs. Maintain and uphold CAF standards and policies. Develop a PD program focusing on CAF/CA reading lists, formal/informal training opportunities, and self-directed mentoring/coaching at CTC HQ level. Assist G3 National ANC WO as directed and be prepared to act in their stead. Collaborate with and assist other CTC Branch heads on AITA initiatives as requested by flanking staff branches. Be prepared to assist CTC schools with program instruction as incremental staff, as ordered by CTC G3. Be prepared to assist G3 with special assignments for the Comd in various G3 interest areas. Retract all sourced CTC-owned positions at D-45 if unfilled, recommending resourcing options per CA priorities.
