  1. 39 Svc Bn has a Class B Temporary for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00129-01-VEH TECH to commence on 16-JAN-2025 until 31-OCT-2025.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

      Under/Over ranking shall only be used in exceptional circumstances, where no established rank qualified candidate is found suitable by a Board Report and approved by Div HQ. Higher rank will relinquish rank for the duration of the emp pd.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: The Det Comd is an entry level Master Corporal position varying on op tempo and requirements. Strong organizational skills, flexible hours, Microsoft Office experience. The job is performed in garrison and field environments in support of Sea, Land and Air elements.
  4. Basic description of duties: The primary responsibilities are:
    A. complete section level production;
    B. personnel administration;
    C. mentor junior VEH TECHs;
    D. perform and lead the section preventative;
    E. corrective maintenance of unit land based vehicles and equipment;
    F. oversee the development of all section technicians;
    G. provide mentorship;
    H. ensure the timely repair of equipment under the section's responsibility; and I. coordinate all required military personnel training and administration matters.
