  4. Basic description of duties: a. The Recruiter Course Training Plan Manager/Course Director is responsible to the OIC Recruiting to provide oversight for scheduling, planning, administration and operations during all phases of the recruiting course b. Responsible to coordinate the logistical and administrative requirements required to support the course c. Responsible for the conduct of the course and providing input for after action reports d. Responsible to provide oversight for the supervision of personnel, training and course content e. Responsible for the management, coordination, control and appraisal of instruction given by incremental staff f. Responsible for maintaining standards IAW QS, TP, TGSOs, CFTDC SOPs during all phases of training g. Responsible for assisting in the development of new Specialty Specifications (SS), Qualification Standards (QS) and Course (TP) and Master Lesson Plans (MLPs) h. Responsible for the maintenance of MLPs in collaboration with CFRG i. Other duties as assigned by the OIC Recruiting
