  1. 4 Cdn Div HQ has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 06-JAN-2025 until 05-JAN-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

      Guardian, RPSR, military leadership, expenditure management and civilian management experience required. Contracting certification courses preferred.

  4. Basic description of duties: (a.) Supervise, task and provide guidance to subordinates in the conduct of daily OR operations; (b.) Provide timely administrative, financial and pay support to Reserve Force personnel; (c.) Staff Regular Force administration or liaise with 4 CDSB Det Toronto PSS as required; (d.) Write evaluation reports and maintain UERs of subordinates; (e.) Be proficient in RPSR, Guardian, Message Drafter, MS Suit and employ these tools as required; (f.) Respond to telephone and over-the-counter inquiries; (g.) Assume the duties and responsibilities of the HR Manager when required; (h.) Manage the day-to-day work of civilian HR staff in a customer service environment; and (i.) Perform other duties as detailed by the HR Manager.
