Basic description of duties: As DRSM 3 Pers Admin 2I/C responsible for NDHQ PRL and MILPERSOM PRL member's administration, this includes: -Oversee generation of transactions in national HR and pay systems in support of changes to member's life and career. None exhaustive list of life events includes changes to positions, promotions, marriage, child birth, deployment, and release; -Ensure that all transactions are supported by the required documentation, and are in accordance with the policy and procedures for that transaction; -Carry out verification procedures to the maximum extent possible to detect discrepancies; and -Investigate and resolve any UPR data discrepancies.
