  4. Basic description of duties: GENERAL The G3 Ops WO is principal staff and advisor to the G33 regarding all formation matters relating to: operations, personnel and equipment tasks. The G3 Ops WO provides guidance to CADTC subordinate formations, units and sub-units on all related tasks. They monitor all operational and incremental tasks at the formation level and also act as the unit level tasker. PRIMARY DUTIES 1. Coordinate and monitor all operational and incremental tasks assigned to CADTC by CA HQ; 2. Coordinate all CADTC incremental requirements to CA HQ; 3. Coordinate with flanking CA Divs to ensure management of CFTPO tasks; 4. Be the CADTC OPI for assignment of CFTPO accounts and training; 5. Will seek and staff check submissions and nominations from formation, subordinate formation, branches, units and sub-units for operational and incremental tasks; 6. Provide SITREPs to the G3 and G33 as required; 7. Coordinate and liaise with all internal unit and external agencies; 8. BPT to fulfill the duties of the G33-2 and G33 in their absence; 9. Supervise and mentor the G33 Tasks NCO; 10. Participate in CA Task conferences; and 11. Complete other duties as assigned by the chain of command. SECONDARY DUTIES Is expected to demonstrate the behaviours and competencies expected of WOs/PO1s as detailed in the PaCE Competency Dictionary.
