- CFTDC has a Class B Permanent for a MWO/MWO MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 27-JAN-2025 until 26-JAN-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

- Basic description of duties: a. Responsibilities would include conducting needs assessments to identify training gaps, developing and implementing instructional strategies, and designing curriculum and training materials.
b.They would also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, provide coaching and professional development for instructors, and ensure that instructional practices align with the latest educational standards and military requirements.
c.Additionally, they will collaborate with other military and civilian educational institutions to integrate best practices and innovative training methodologies.
