  1. CFSATE has a Class B Temporary for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 07-DEC-2024 until 09-MAY-2026.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.

  4. Basic description of duties: a. provide motivation and nurture team work, b. support change and provides positive input, c. responsible to the Adjt for the organization, control, and efficiency of the BOR, d. responsible for the training of new HRAs, development of HRAs, and the overall disposition of HRAs with the Training Centre, e. ability to brief HRAs and supervisors on administrative matters, f. effectively brief large groups, g. prepare and submit periodic reports, h. provide guidance on military writing and administrative procedures, i. responsible for the correct preparation of all returns, entries in books and records, amendments to regulations, orders, and instructions, j. responsible for the prep of correspondence, orders, filing and office mgmt procedures, k. responsible for checking the monthly Resource Management Record (REMAR) and institute any necessary corrective action, l. understudy the Adjt and be prepared to assume Adjt duties in their absence, m. maintain a high standard of dress and deportment at all times, n. conduct themselves IAW all relevant CAF policies regarding conduct, o. maintain currency within trade and rank requirements.
