b. Operational planning and conduct in and HQ an asset;

d. Experience in human resources management, (Reg F, Res F, Public Service) and contracting.
- Basic description of duties: role of WO supporting the Canadian Army’s Major Event planning team, CAMEP, as well as providing support to domestic and international engagements.
b. Duties will include but are not limited to:
(1) Manage CAMEP inventory of supplies and mementos;
(2) Execute purchasing for CAMEP (ie. mementos, gifts, coins, catering, etc.)
(3) Manage public funds corporate credit card in concordance with CAMEP AS-06;
(4) Prepare purchase orders and EHRF for CAMEP staff;
(5) Lead small teams in the planning and execution of CAMEP events and activities (ie. CAR, Army Week);
(6) Provide oversight of CAMEP digital information management;
(7) Conduct performance management (PAR) for CAMEP staff as appropriate;
(8) Provide support to DAS 3 team in the conduct of Army Staff Talks, counterpart visits, and other senior level engagements;
(9) Coordinate with external stakeholders in the execution of events and activities (ie. Venue and catering staff); and
(10) BPT provide general support to both the CA domestic and international engagements programs including travel as required.
