- Basic description of duties: GENERAL
As part of the G3 Branch, The IMO is responsible for the delivery of Central Registry services, overall planning and implementation of all IM policy, issues and procedures within CADT
C. The IMO will provide operational guidance to CADTC Level 3 Information Managers, and CADTC Formation Staff with respect to IKM, and provide direction for IM projects being supported by the CADTC Digital Governance (DG) Cell. The IMO reports to the G3 and is responsible for one military and four civilian subordinates.
PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Lead and supervise the CADTC DG Cell and complete CFPAS responsibilities for the DG Ops and Performance Management Program responsibilities for CADTC DG Cell employees.
2. Ensure that the CADTC DG cell maintains Subject Matter Expert (SME) competencies on the staff employment of information system (IS) applications.
3. Coordinate with DDACSI on ACIMS and SharePoint Online support to CADTC.
4. Oversee the productivity of the CADTC DG Cell in support of CADTC and CA requirements.
5. With oversight from the CADTC G3, work closely with staff principals, staff section DG representatives, subordinate, adjacent and higher headquarters IMO to ensure procedures and processes are published and understood.
6. Develop and execute the CADTC IKM Plan and any associated digital transformation directives.
7. Provide the IM portion of the CADTC Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
8. Provide data to support decision-making, including working with trained database administrators to extract relevant information from HQ databases to support SA and decision-making.
9. Provide advice and direction SharePoint (ACIMS) organization and site permissions, D365 account management and site permissions, Central Registry procedures and user training on all applicable IKM software systems and procedures.
10. Ensure effective administration of CADTC information holdings (Record Keeping) within CADTC and ensure compliance inspections are conducted on a routine basis.
11. Lead and be responsible for CADTC Migration to Sharepoint online and Digital Transformation.

5. All members employed within the CADTC formation will complete a minimum annual Number of 10 full or 20 part training days, a minimum periodic attendence of one duty period of every 60 days, and minimum essential activities, including the administrative and training requirements of the PRV for domestic operations tier 1, part 1, the IBTS mandated for CBG HQs and all external to CBGs (all trades), and mandatory training as determined by the ATA.
