    A. ACT AS THE LEAD NATIONAL LEVEL PROCESSING AND SELECTIONS FOR THE REGUALR FORCE
    B. COORDINATE WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS (EG CFLRS) TO ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF STRATEGIC INITAKE PLAN
    C. SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT ON IN-YR OP ORDERS AND FRAG ORDERS
    D. COORDINATE AND SUPERVISE THE DAILY ACTIVITIES OF OPERATIONS STAFF
    E. SUPPORT RECRUITING MODERNIZATION INITIATIVES
    F. DEVELOP SUPPORT LEVEL AGREEMENTS AND MUTUAL SUPPORT AGREEMENTS WITH RECRUITING STAKEHOLDERS
