CODE Training
- Basic description of duties: a. Contribute to Capability Development and National Training for reserve establishments, including reserve Cyber Capability Development;
b. ARes Signal trade (Sir Op, Sig Tech, IS Tech, Lineman) Task Review;
c. Re-design ARes Signal training that will facilitate qualification training for ARes Signallers (IAW Canadian Army Modernization Strategy (CAMS) 1.3, Training Approach and 3.1, Army Reserve Policy Initiatives) to include QSTP review and development that incorporates ARes tasks and requirements to balance needs of the CA with family, school and/or work;
d. ARes Signal Training Coordination and Collaboration across 2 Div Signal Regts and across the CA in collaboration with other Division ARes Signal Reconstitution representatives, RCCS Deputy Director ARes Signals and RCCS Reserve Signals Coordinator;
e. Coordination with CBG Training Cells and/or Battle Schools and Division Training Centres for planning and conduct of ARes Signals Reserve Summer Training;
f. ARes Mission Task review as part of F2025;
g. Review of ARes Signal structures as part of F2025 (CAMS 4.1, F2025) and contribute to follow-on F2025 discussions/work;
h. ARes Signal equipment requirements' review and development IAW CA Digital Strategy and in coordination with DLR 4;
i. Develop a table of equipment for ARes Signal units that is aligned with tasks (eg TBG, ARCG) in accordance with CAMS 4.2, Digital Transformation and in coordination with DLFD;
j. Liaise with CFSCE standards, CFSCE Training Sqns, Chief Instructor and other CFSCE personnel as required;
k. Liaise with Reserve Signal Units, CTC, DDACSI Cap Dev, Army G6, DLR 4, DLFD, and DG Cyber/CFIOG to harmonize ARes Signals activities;
l. Develop information briefings for the RCCS Deputy Director Army Reserve Signals and Director RCCS as required;
m. Draft correspondence for the RCCS Deputy Director Army Reserve Signals and RCCS Reserve Signals Coordinator as required;
n. Review & comment on documents which directly impact the recruiting, training and development, management and retention of ARes Signals personnel;
o. Act as RCCS Reserve Signals Coordinator in absence of said individual on leave, tasks, etc; and
p. Other duties as assigned.

The selected reservist will not be posted to the CADTC PRL for temporary Cl B Svc, but will remain with their home unit.
Applicants who had a valid (within MOSID) but not current Medical category may be considered for employment. It remains the member's responsibility to ensure that their respective periodic health assessment is updated as soon as CF H Svcs can accommodate.
