  4. Basic description of duties: The position of 400 THS MSE Op Transport 2 I/C exists as part of the Logistical Support Flight. This position is responsible to provide all aircraft refueling / defueling capabilities and transportation requirements to support the Squadron operations. All logistics trades in Log Flight shall parade a minimum of 4 days per month IOT maintain occupational proficiency.
