  1. 12 Wing HQ has a Class A for a Pte/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 25-NOV-2024 until 25-NOV-2034.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Cadet Org and Trg Service, Supplementary Reserve Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Pte/Cpl
      MCpls willing to permanently relinquish their rank to Cpl will be considered should there be no other qualified applicants.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA
      Other MOSIDs may be considered if no suitable candidate is found in the required MOSID but will require to complete a Voluntary Occupation Transfer to Human Resources Administrator.
    3. Language: English or French essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT

    B. Experience working in an Orderly Room environment;

  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Conduct routine OR Functions and APRV's;
    B. Initiate, process claims (except Travel Claims);
    C. Maintaining files, enter data into Guardian;
    D. Maintaining leave records;
    E. Prepare Administrative Docs (Promotions, Wills, NOK, etc); and
    F. Other duties as assigned.
