  4. Basic description of duties: - Maintain situational awareness of different theaters of operations (including national operations); - Participate and, if necessary, supervise the preparation of plans for current operations, fragmentary orders, studies and other branch correspondence; - Maintain constant liaison with your counterparts in subordinate formations, flank formations, divisional units and higher HQs and represent the intentions of the G33, G3 and Gcmdt 2 Div CA; - Maintain situational awareness of individual training activities (II) within 2 Div CA; - Accept and carry out any other tasks that may be assigned to you by the G3 or G33 and inform your superior in the event of a conflict in task prioritization; - Seek and accept additional responsibilities such as social and regimental activities; - Be ready to act as interim G33; - Create an atmosphere of cooperation, mutual respect and maintain a good team spirit; - Make timely decisions according to fixed deadlines; - Maintain your efficiency, regardless of the complexity or workload you face; - Produce clear, succinct and relevant verbal presentations; - Produce concise, relevant, logical and error-free written work even for complex projects; - Ensure security in all these aspects (including operational security [SECOP]); And - Maintain good physical condition in order to be able to respond to all the basic tasks set out by the universality of the service. - Occasionally assist the G9
