Basic description of duties: The successful candidate will be employed as the Sr HR Adm and must be able to provide direct admin support ot unit mbrs and fulfill such tasks as: Guardian entries, RPSR entries, Medal requests, basic CR, Records Maintenance, Annual PRV, Deployment Screening, Enrolments / Releases, Postings / Transfers, and any other duties assigned by the HR Supr. As the Sr HR Adm they will also be expected to monitor the work of junior HRAs, providing direction as required and be prepared to fill in for the HR Supr in their absence.
