  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Manage and maintain Waiver logs/databases, Youth Offender Reliability Screening databases, and budget/TD requirements for the RPSO Cell
    B. Manage and Maintain the RPSO SharePoint site
    C. Track incoming/outgoing Work Instructions when directed
    D. Use CFRIMS2 Analytics program to generate performance management data and stats for the RPSP/Pol&Doc, as needed/requested
    E. Consolidate and submit Monthly waiver log
    F. Research and respond to queries relating to recruiting issues
    G. Assist the RPSO on any administrative requirements
    H. Assist with Event/SAV planning also managing the section's budget I. Set up Bi-monthly RPSO/UPSO VTC/teleconferences J. Experience with DRMIS, HRG, CFRIMS2, SharePoint, ClaimsX Web An Asset. K. Other general duties as required in support of the RPSO/Pol&Doc/CFRGHQ needs
