  1. 4 Cdn Div TC has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00376-01-FSA to commence on 02-DEC-2024 until 01-DEC-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Regular Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: a. Knowledge and understanding of Admin/Fin regulations, orders, directives, policies, and procedures; b. knowledge and understanding of Reserve finance and budgeting procedures; c. knowledge and understanding of Reserve training progression; d. knowledge of Canadian Forces Tasks Plans and Operations (CFTPO) program; e. knowledge of the Army Individual Training Information System (AITIS); f. knowledge and experience in DRMIS; g. experience in operating and maintaining a Fin Section; and h. good verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Basic description of duties: The Sr FSA is responsible to 4 CDTC Comptroller. The successful applicant will be responsible for the management and tracking of the budget allocated by CTC for PRes Individual Training in 4 Cdn Div. Duties & Tasks to include: a. accurate and timely completion of T Reports; b. timely payment and reconciliation of bills and invoices; c. maintain an accurate and up-to-date database monitoring the IT budget; d. processing claims, approving claims IAW Section 32 of FAA; e. reconcile Travel Authorization Numbers (TAN); f. tracking and maintaining unit DOA's; and g. any other duties and taskings as assigned.
