  4. Basic description of duties: 1. The responsibility of this position is 2IC of the Support Company, CAAW
    C. Their area of responsibility is mainly focused on the good governance, administration, and operations of the sub-unit. They will be required to understand the field of supply, finance, and contracting as well as civilian human resource. 2. Canadian Army Advanced Warfare Centre (CAAWC) is the Canadian Army School that delivers all national calendar courses in Arctic operations, mountain operations, helicopter insertion, aerial delivery, basic helicopter operations, LZ/DZ control, Patrol Pathfinder operations and parachute skills. 3. Support Chain of Command in the following areas: a. Ensuring that the Coy’s vision statement is supported; b. Maintain currency of personal jump qualification; c. Implement policies and directives as directed by the OC; d. Ensuring that the Coy’s mission statement is supported; and e. Assume command of the Coy in the absence of the OC. 4. Area of responsibility are a. Financial management. b. Military Personnel Administration; c. Civilian Personnel Administration; d. Deputy Unit General Safety Officer (Dep UGSO); and e. Perform the duties of the Company Security Officer resp. Experience: 1. Experience with Report of injury (CF-98) and DND Hazardous Occurrence Investigation Report (DND-663); 2. Familiarity with Public Fund Management; 3. Familiarity with Public Servant administration; and 4. Familiarity with CANFORGENs, CANLANGEN.
